Do you manage the entire renovation?
Yes. We take care of everything from start to finish. From the first conversation through to completion, our in-house team manages the entire process so it feels simple and well organised.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, and all work is completed to the required standards, giving you peace of mind throughout your renovation.
Do you include Home Warranty Insurance?
Yes. For projects over $20,000, Home Warranty Insurance is included in our pricing. It’s an added layer of protection and peace of mind from the outset.
What happens during the consultation?
We come out to your home, look over the space and talk through your ideas. From there, we guide layout, finishes and budget so you have a clear path forward.
Can you help with the design and layout?
Absolutely. We work with you to plan a layout that suits your space and guide you through selections so everything comes together the way it should.
Do I need to organise any trades myself?
No. All trades are included and managed by our team. You'll have one point of contact the whole way through, which makes the process much easier.
Can I stay in my home during the renovation?
In most cases, yes. We plan carefully to minimise disruption and keep the site clean and organised.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most bathrooms are completed within 4-5 weeks once construction begins. We'll guide you through the timeline from the start, so you always know what to expect.
How much does a bathroom renovation cost?
Every renovation is a little different, depending on your space and the finishes you choose. We take the time to understand what you’re after and provide a clear, fixed price after your consultation, so you can move forward with confidence.
Do you offer fixed pricing?
Yes. Our fixed price includes all construction and project management, so you have clarity from the start.
Products such as tiles, tapware, cabinetry and lighting are not included in the quoted price. You’ll select these separately through our suppliers, with access to our trade pricing, and they are added on top.
If anything changes along the way, any variations are clearly priced and discussed with you before work proceeds, so you stay in control the entire time.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. All work is completed to industry standards and backed by the appropriate warranties and insurances, so you can feel confident in the result.
