Yes. Our fixed price includes all construction and project management, so you have clarity from the start.
Products such as tiles, tapware, cabinetry and lighting are not included in the quoted price. You’ll select these separately through our suppliers, with access to our trade pricing, and they are added on top.
If anything changes along the way, any variations are clearly priced and discussed with you before work proceeds, so you stay in control the entire time.
Yes. All work is completed to industry standards and backed by the appropriate warranties and insurances, so you can feel confident in the result.
